How long is the hire period?

Christmas Trees & Wreaths: The hire price listed is for a seasonal rental for the Christmas period (late November - early January)

Props & Pieces: The hire price listed is for an event rental ( 1 - 3 day period). If you are looking for a longer hire period, please let us know when you enquire & we can discuss this with you.

All prices exclude GST.

Where are you based & can you deliver to me?

The Christmas Hire Co. is Auckland-based. We appreciate enquiries from all over New Zealand however at this stage we only offer our hire items within the wider Auckland area. If you are looking to purchase Christmas items or at a larger installation, our sister business, Celebrations Group, delivers and installs Christmas all over New Zealand. You can contact them here.

I’m looking to set up a Christmas photo opportunity, can you help?

Yes! As well as offering hire items, we can help with sourcing, staging, styling, pack in & pack out.

Do the prices include delivery & set up?

Delivery, set up & removal costs are in addition to the prices listed. They are calculated by location, time frame of delivery and collection, size of order and type of product. We’ll be in touch after we receive your booking request to discuss the details & costs for this. As an example, our standard Auckland wide delivery fee for a 1.8m Christmas tree is $150 + gst. This covers delivery, install and collection.

What happens if something gets damaged?

We love our Christmas hire products and want them to be available for everyone to experience. The items are your responsibility whilst in your possession and we ask that you treat them as such. If any damage occurs, please contact us as soon as possible. Any repairs, cleaning or replacement costs will be charged to the hirer’s credit card.

Do I need power?

Yes. If you are hiring an item with lights (such as a tree) or an illuminated item we will need access to a secure power connection close by. Unfortunately we can’t offer battery operated lighting systems.
